It's just after 11AM on a Thursday, I'm waiting for the PSE&G guy to come ransack my power meter, and I'm listening to Carlos Santana's Revelations.
I just got an email from the developers of a game called Doofus.
Well, OK, it's Dofus, but what matters is what comes to mind first.
It appears to be a tactical MMORPG out of France (Tourcoing, apparently a town on the border with Belgium). It's 2D, with Anime-inspired graphics, a stack of classes and a pretty low price of $6.90 (€5). Tactical turn-based combat, in such locales as The Island of the Wabbits...

and BRAKMAR!

Looks like evil Wabbits to me.
But what's more, it looks like ROSE Online. There's a lot to be said about that.
They're offering a seven-day trial, and I've asked for a press account to check it out.
I wouldn't mind finding out how much wabbit-killing it really involves.
