Take a look at Fragdolls.com. Take a good, hard look. Read their blurb, "Enter the Frag Dolls, a group of girl gamers out to have a little fun."
Of course, game companies have sponsored Gaming Clans before. And there is nothing inherently wrong with the idea, or even making them a professional looking website, such as that which the Frag Dolls enjoy. Some have even provided their sponsored clans with computing equipment. But before, this has always been done quite openly...

I’ve been thinking about SOE’s decision to release Everquest II on November 8th, a full 9 days earlier than it’s originally stated release date of the 17th – trying to come to grips with it really. Like its predecessors, EQ2 is being released woefully unfinished and horribly buggy, and completely lacking in tested upper level end-game content. The cynics out there simply nod, and assume this to be par for the course, but when one of the most anticipated sequels, with plenty of funding backing it, decides to release unfinished, we can expect that this trend is merely further entrenching itself in the tradition of online game releases. As a result, I’m going to share with you my thoughts on the progression of beta since late September, and why I think they have a long way to go before it will be ready for release. Keep in mind, of course, that I do enjoy the game, and recognize its potential. Like the rest of the herd, I’ll likely buy the game on release day, and will enjoy downloading the enormous patch of last minute stop-gap fixes.

Yeah this is comedy gold right here. I get so much crap at my Corp email address because of E3 it makes me physically ill. I'd include mentally ill, but I hang out around you bastards, so I figure that makes me mentally ill as it is.
Thing is, it's not making me as mentally ill as some of the many emails I've gotten over the past few months.

Ubisoft recently announced the second Expansion Pack for their flagship MMO Shadowbane. The Expansion, entitled Throne of Oblivion, spotlights the sudden appearance of its namesake, the dreadful island of Oblivion, where the Lich-Queen Ithriana marshals the unholy legions of the Void. Strange sorceries somehow managed to "reflect" the island across the scattered fragments of Aerynth, appearing everywhere as a foreboding deaths-head of malice.
